Nilak Construction was established in 2014 by ADENIRAN AUSTIN ADELAKUN after a successful period of undertaking a number of home improvement projects, refurbishment and renovation projects and also providing project management and consultancy services on a number of residential properties.
Austin understands what it takes for a project to be completed on time, within budget, to the highest quality standard and to client satisfaction. He acknowledges that one of the most important factors in project management in the construction industry is to understand the client needs and expectation, communicating accurately to maintain a trusting and transparent relationship.
Nilak Construction currently provides a complete package to client which includes project management, property management, project analysis, cost benefits of projects, design and planning, tendering and contract management and interior design services. We act as clients representative and agent through our consultancy services. We also offer design led project management for private homeowners to design, plan, administrate and deliver the vision for their homes.
Our objective is to establish a good working relationship with our clients and help them to grow and expand their property portfolio. Our aim is to work to meet all deadlines agreed at our consultation meeting and will be available at short notice for progress report, question\query and problem resolution. We take charge of all site administration, conflict settlement and subcontracting to ensure a straight forward and stress-free project. We work closely with our clients to allow as much design input and present our visions and ideas for client approval.
